Overview

Vecta provided structural, mechanical and piping engineering and completions support during the upgrade and commissioning of a major gas processing facility in eastern Victoria. Vecta led a six-person greenfield completions team, coordinating construction closeout, subsystem prioritisation and handover to commissioning. Through close interface management and daily progress reporting, Vecta helped resolve construction bottlenecks, maintain progress against a changing critical path and support safe delivery within the compressed project schedule.
