Overview
Vecta supported Melbourne’s West Gate Tunnel Project by providing the skilled workforce and construction methodology required to install more than 300 tonnes of structural steel within the tunnel sections. Working in a highly constrained environment with multiple concurrent activities, Vecta optimised logistics, interfaces and construction planning to maintain safe and efficient delivery. Through rigorous competency management, quality controls and cost reporting, Vecta achieved an excellent safety record, uninterrupted workforce continuity and cost and delivery certainty.
